Reach-in cooler next grill unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature of reach-in cooler at 50F. Observed large mass of ice behind vent in fan area of cooler. Operator removed TCS foods and unplugged until ice melts and it is able to maintain proper temp. **Corrective Action Taken**
