Operator stated cooler was working fine earlier but thinks there may be an issue with outlet that it is plugged into. TCS foods were removed from cooler and placed in walk-in-cooler to chill. Also, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced pepper jack cheese (45F-46F - Cold Holding) in top of reach-in cooler next to hot dog warmer. Observed plastic tray in pan of cheese keeping cheese away from ice that was under pan.
