- 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On cook line in pot on stove, Cook chicken temped at 125F. Operator stated it just finished cooking 20 mins prior he just didn't have a change to put it in the steam table yet. Operator turned stove back on to heat chicken back to 165F. **Corrective Action Taken**
