- 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Bowls wet nesting on drawing shelf above the three compartment sink.

Observed raw shell eggs (80F - Cold Holding), stored on the storage shelf above the reach in cooler at cook line, as per manager raw eggs were kept outside for less than 3 hours.
