Explained to operator not to use home-style dishmachines because they do not have the proper gauges; automatic dispensing equipment for detergent and, if used, sanitizer; and/or visual or audible device to alert the user. **Repeat Violation**
- 12B-07-4:Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed a coffee cup stored on the flat grill at cook line. Flat grill is wrapped in foil and used as storage.

- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed steam table at front counter no longer functioning, used as storage. **Repeat Violation**
- 16-01-4:Basic - Full text of violation at front counter a residential Dishmachine. DW Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware. Instructed Equipment and utensils to be transferred to the three-component for proper wash, rice and sanitation cycle.
- 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed interior of oven soiled.
