Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed DM QT sanitizer Solution 0 ppm. Instructed manager to use 3 component sink until the dishwasher is fixed. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-02-20: During the callback inspection observed a sing on the Dishwasher stating that the Dishwasher machine is out of service, also observed employees properly washing dishes in the three compartment sink. Operator stated that the company that installed the Machine called C-B-I cervices is not longer offering to fix the equipment, he also stated that he was looking for an independent contractor to get the equipment fixed.
