  • 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pans not stored inverted on a storage shelf above the three compartment sink.
  • 14-74-7:Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed reach in cooler at cook line with an-internal temperature of 69F, placed probe thermometer in the unit for about 3 minutes and unit only reached 69F. Instructed operator not to store Time Control food in this unit until is fixed.
