- 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed microwave interior soiled, stored on the preparation table near the stove.
- 22-16-4:Basic - Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed reach in cooler and reach in freezer interior soiled, both located against the wall near the three compartment sink. Manager removed the preparation table from under the condensation was dripping. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 29-11-4:Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed condensation coming from the air conditioning system leaking over a small preparation table and in front of the three compartment sink ( no food exposed) Manager removed the preparation table; also observed water leaking from air conditioning system at the dinning area.

Observed chicken empanadas, beef empanadas, ham croquettes, cheese fingers, under time control not time marked. As per manager these items were placed in the unit for less than 2 hours.
