- 12B-01-4:Basic - Employee eating while preparing food. Manager was actively drinking out of uncovered coffee cup while prepping food, placing cup on cutting board when not drinking. Discussed with manager and she moved drink. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 08B-49-4:Basic - Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee eggs stored in egg crate on top of tortillas. Employee stated they were her personal eggs and moved them. **Corrected On-Site**
