- 14-10-4:Basic - Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Observed: the dish wash machine runs intermittently, cutting on and off during each run. A part has been ordered(it is currently on back order per the manager.)
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: the left coffee cup caddy with spills. ALSO, the exterior mop sink has an AC of debris covering the drain.
- 16-62-1:Intermediate - No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed: the hi temp surface temperature detecting device did not function on the first try.(it had turned off on its own.) other attempts were made. A different probe/hi temp thermometer reached 161° surface temperature. **Corrected On-Site**

Inspection Details:
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed: to the left of the left soda machine, an accumulation of debris.
- 22-39-4:High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle/bucket not at proper minimum strength. Observed: 1 sanitizer pan at 0ppm for chlorine.
- 22-49-4:High Priority - Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed the hi temp dish wash machine surface temperature was 147°. ALSO, the gauge reading only came to 172°.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: sliced cheese 44°, on the cook line, on the counter. This was placed in a reach-in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 22-02-4:Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed: the inside of the food warmer(grits) has an accumulation oF debris.
