Time as a public health control will be used until the unit that has a work order is fixed. An adjusted time mark was written. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 11-27-4:Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed: a clean up written procedure that requires chlorine. No chlorine is allowed at this address. The procedure is to call EVS, they send a crew and handle all bodily spills.
