Brown cutting board with deep cut marks, manager stated they use those cut marks as a bread ruler to know how many inches the bread is so they can cut accordingly. Spoke to manager about possibly using a different ruler indicated rather than deep cut marks.

Chicken dated 10/29 in reach in cooler on front line. employee stated that the chicken is thawed, prepped, then some is placed back in walk in freezer, when needed it is pulled and placed on the line, spoke to employee about putting the date on the container of when the chicken was pulled from freezer and placed on line to accurately date track the food items.
