- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sour cream in the kitchen 2 door reach-in cooler, 47°. This had been out for breakfast service, and returned to the kitchen. This was placed in the walk-in freezer and cooled to 41° in 11 minutes. Corrected On-Site

- 14-69-4:Basic - Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed: by the walk-in freezer door, an ice block has formed between the door jamb and the shelf. A work order has been put in to troubleshoot this situation. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed: cooked shrimp in the hot hold cabinet, 119°. The shrimp was moved to the steamer to bring it to 165° for one second. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: pre-moistened sanitizer wipes stored next to or over clean dishes or food, on the front line and in the kitchen. Each bagged item of sanitizer wipes was moved to the bottom shelf or rack in that area. Corrected On-Site
