  • 36-12-4:Basic - Floors not constructed to be easily cleanable. Observed: the floors in the kitchen are not easily cleanable due to the grout in between the tiles being so low.
  • 01B-01-4:High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed: 2 heavily dented cans of tomato paste. These were taken out of rotation.
  • 02B-01-5:Intermediate - Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed: the dine in menus are in compliance, however, the new carry out menus do not indicate which items may be ordered under cooked. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed: the dish wash machine at 0 ppm for chlorine.
