- 01B-01-4:High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed: 2 heavily dented cans of tomato paste. These were taken out of rotation.

Observed: the dine in menus are in compliance, however, the new carry out menus do not indicate which items may be ordered under cooked. - 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed: the dish wash machine at 0 ppm for chlorine.
