Observed: the bread reach-in cooler in the corner of the kitchen, on this visit time/temperature control for safety were not at 41° and below. This was true at the last inspection. **Repeat Violation**

- 29-19-4:Basic - Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Observed: the depression in front of the 3 compartment sink has standing water.
