- 35B-08-4:Basic - Fly sticky tape hanging over food/food preparation area/food-contact equipment. Observed: multiple sticky fly tape attached overhead. These were removed from the sink and prep area. **Corrected On-Site**
- 31B-04-4:Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed: the front line hand wash sink lacked a hand wash sign. A sign was added. **Corrected On-Site**
