Observed: staff at dish wash machine pre rinse soiled dishes, and the; handle clean dishes out of the dish wash machine. ALSO, staff with gloves on, adjust glasses and kept working without changing gloves.
- 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed rice in the cook line hot hold cabinet at 131°. The other pan was at 153°.
