Observed employee cracked shell eggs while wearing gloves then switched to building a biscuit sandwich touching the ready to eat biscuit without changing gloves or washing hands. Discussed proper glove wearing and hand washing with Operator. Operator discussed with employee. I observed employee change gloves and wash hands in between after that. Corrected On-Site
