  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed at ice machine in front triple sink
  • 08A-05-6:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. -Observed at flip top cooler in kitchen, raw chicken stored over cooked wings. Additionally observed raw oysters stored above boiled eggs at cooler(Atosa) in kitchen.
  • 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at warmer in kitchen - boiled corn (110F - Hot Holding); boiled potatoes (122F - Hot Holding) as per operator items held out of temperature for approximately 1 hour. Operator raised warmers temperature. **Corrective Action Taken**
