Inspector gave handout for proper storage and employee arranged the walk-in cooler properly. Corrected On-Site

He then got two meat presses and placed them on the chicken, removed a cloche from Food on the grill, and used two spatulas all without removing his gloves, washing his hands, and putting on new gloves. Employee called the manager on the phone because the cook does not speak English and no one was available to translate. Inspector explained to manager the issue, the manager explained to the cook the issue, and the cook removed his gloves, removed the meat presses and the spatulas, washed his hands, and put on new gloves.
