Operator set up three compartment sink, calculated, and manually measured out sanitizer to measure at (Sink and Surface Sanitizer - DDBSA/LA 700/1875) in the three compartment sink. Employees started manually sanitizing dishware and utensils and service technician is in route to service machine. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning
