- 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Ground beef thawing at room temperature on a preparation table in the back kitchen area. Employee placed the beef in the walk in cooler. **Corrected On-Site**
- 12A-07-5:High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee handled raw ground beef changed their gloves without washing their hands and touched clean equipment. Employee washed their hands , changed gloves and sanitized the equipment. **Corrected On-Site**
