- 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling tile missing above the dishwasher. Another tile above Lexan containers in the dish room is damaged, allowing insulation to be exposed.
- 24-06-4:Basic - Clean pans in the dish area stored on plastic shelving that had heavy build-up.
