  • 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Ceiling tile missing above the dishwasher. Another tile above Lexan containers in the dish room is damaged, allowing insulation to be exposed.
  • 24-06-4:Basic - Clean pans in the dish area stored on plastic shelving that had heavy build-up.
  • 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting boards (2) have cut marks and are no longer cleanable.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Torn gaskets observed on both doors of the reach-in cooler next to the steam table.
