- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Open air counter top cooler at cheese, tomato, feta (48-51F - Cold Holding), chef removed all items and put into a working cooler and called for maintenance
