Inspection Details:
- 29-04-4:High Priority - Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. Operator was advised on how to locate a potable, food grade hose for onboarding water.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken (45F - Cold Holding); butter (44F - Cold Holding) in cold hold refrigerator upright white. Refrigerator had been turned down. Operator turned unit colder and thermometer started to drip. Operator will monitor and adjust to make sure foods are held at 41F or colder.
