- 23-24-4:Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed numerous handles with residue build up causing them to be sticky.
- 35A-03-4:Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 15 dead roaches on the floor of the ware washing area and approximately 4 dead roaches on the floor of the front storage area. Did not observe any live ones at the time of inspection. Operator swepped and bleached the area. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 36-01-4:Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed the floor of the establishment with grease and debris build. Operator started to clean it during the inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed cases of oil and soy sauce stored on the floor of the kitchen. Operator placed them on a shelf. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
- 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed multiple utensil handles in contact with food product in the kitchen. Operator removed the scoops. **Corrected On-Site**
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the top of their cook line hotbox with grease and food build up.
- 14-17-4:Basic - Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed the walk in cooler shelves with debris and rust build up.
- 08A-04-5:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed raw shrimp stored over unwashed onions in the walk in cooler. Operator moved the shrimp. **Corrected On-Site**
- 08A-20-5:High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored over raw pork in the walk in cooler.
- 16-37-1:Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no test kit for their chlorine triple sink.
