  • 23-24-4:Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed numerous handles with residue build up causing them to be sticky.
  • 35A-03-4:Basic - Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 15 dead roaches on the floor of the ware washing area and approximately 4 dead roaches on the floor of the front storage area. Did not observe any live ones at the time of inspection. Operator swepped and bleached the area. **Corrective Action Taken**
