Observed the ice scoop stored unprotected on top of the ice machine in the kitchen

The operator removed the scoop for cleaning. Corrective Action Taken

Observed scoop handle used for tempura flour not stored above the food

Observed cooked pork (48F – Cold Holding); raw shell eggs ambient (50F – Cold Holding) in the reach in cooler over the pans fill line

The operator removed half of the contents and moved to the lower half of he reach in cooler. Corrected On-Site
