Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Heavy ice build up in rear of walk in freezer . Repeat Violation

Basic – Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Repeat Violation

High Priority – Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. One can of black beans with deep dent on brim of can .

High Priority – Employee washed hands with no soap. Observed employees on cooks line washing hands with water only, corrected action taken , inspector discussed with employees proper hand washing. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Beer cheese soup reheating in steamer over 2 hours. Inspector had manager reheat soup to 167°, and place in steam well . Corrected On-Site

Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee hand wash sink at end of cooks line blocked by wiping clothes stored in sink. Corrected, employee removed wiping clothes . Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Intermediate – No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at employee hand wash sink at end of cooks line , correct, manager replaced soap during inspection. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
