Observed the following item and cold holding temperature in the reach-in Cooler on cookline: Hamburger (46, 48F – Cold Holding). Employee advised that Hamburger had been in the reach in cooler for 90 minutes and had previous been in the walk-in-cooler. Manager placed all the Hamburger in the walk-in-cooler . Corrective Action Taken
