High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Warning

Observed in main kitchen on grill line employee cracked raw shell egg with gloves on and touched 2 plate surfaces and failed to remove soiled gloves and wash hands
