Mop stored in mop water by bathrooms. Per operator, mop bucket was from night prior. Operator discarded mop water and stored mop properly. Corrected On-Site

At back door of establishment, evidence of mop water being dumped next to tree instead of drain next to back door. Cloudy soapy water with food debris and mop strings. Operator stated it looked like they were dumping mop water.

Below the cook line at reach in cooler in kitchen, waffle batter (68F, 46F, retemp after 45 mins 43F, 42F- Cold Holding), per operator the door where batter is located was constantly opened and closed for 2 hours. Operator put in different cooler to get back into temperature. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
