Door of reach in cooler where waffle batter and hash browns are kept under cook line is in disrepair. Operator stated maintenance worker is coming to fix it

Door to walk in freezer has metal hanging from door. Operator stated she already has a maintenance order placed to get it fixed. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation

Grease receptacle open at time of inspection. Operator closed lid. Corrected On-Site

All Single use to go cups in drink dispenser tubes on cook line were not inverted.

Basic – Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler

At both reach in cooler on cook line in kitchen have standing water on bottom of coolers.

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry

Mop stored in mop water by bathrooms. Per operator, mop bucket was from night prior. Operator discarded mop water and stored mop properly. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground

At back door of establishment, evidence of mop water being dumped next to tree instead of drain next to back door. Cloudy soapy water with food debris and mop strings. Operator stated it looked like they were dumping mop water.

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit

Below the cook line at reach in cooler in kitchen, waffle batter (68F, 46F, retemp after 45 mins 43F, 42F- Cold Holding), per operator the door where batter is located was constantly opened and closed for 2 hours. Operator put in different cooler to get back into temperature. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Establishment keeps eggs on time. No date mark at time of inspection. Per operator, eggs were placed out 30 mins prior. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
