High Priority – Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee touching drinks with gloves on and returning to cooks line with same gloves on. Corrected action taken inspector discussed with management proper hand washing and glove changing. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate – Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Corrected action taken , manager had employee date tags . Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate – Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Containers of milk opened over 24 hrs not date marked.

Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee hand wash sink at back kitchen prep used as dump sink, evidence of ice in sink.

Intermediate – No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at employee hand wash sink in dish wash area, corrected, manager replaced paper towels during inspection. Corrected On-Site
