Basic – Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of ice machine with mold on interior lip.

Basic – Food stored on floor. Bulk oil stored on floor .

Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Heavy ice build up around freezer door , door unable to close .

Basic – In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Knife stored between equipment on cooks line , corrected, employee removed knife during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Basic – Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Repeat Violation

High Priority – Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee placing gloves on with no prior hand washing., corrected action taken inspector discussed with manager proper hand washing when changing gloves. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Items stored in employee hand wash sink by three compartment sink, corrected, manager removed items during inspection. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Intermediate – No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No quaternary test papers.

Intermediate – No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at employee hand wash sink on cooks line , corrected, employee replaced paper towels during inspection. Corrected On-Site
