High Priority – Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse.n Observed: creamers in the catering area at 47-51F. ALSO, cooked pork patties 109F. All items moved to the steam well(170F+) for reheating to 165F+ and then to be hot held at 135F or above. Corrective Action Taken Warning
