Basic – Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed several cutting boards heavily grooved.

Basic – Duct tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. Observed duct tape on reach in cooler handle in wait staff area.

Basic – Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed car key on shelf above prep table. Manager removed.

Basic – Silverware/utensils dried with a towel/cloth. Observed employee drying silverware with a towel. Manager coached employee. Silverware was rewashed. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed some squeeze bottles not labeled.

High Priority – Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee not properly washing hands after touching dirty dishes then touching clean dishes .

High Priority – Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands – food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed food prep employee touch toast with barehands. Manager threw toast out and employee washed hands and put gloves on Corrective Action Taken

High Priority – Employee washed hands with no soap. Observed employee not use soap while washing hands.

Intermediate – Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee wash hands in three part sink.

Intermediate – Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed no cleanup sign in place. Inspector will email. Repeat Violation
