Basic – Silverware/utensils dried with a towel/cloth. Observed employee drying silverware with a towel. Manager coached employee. Silverware was rewashed. Corrected On-Site

Observed employee not properly washing hands after touching dirty dishes then touching clean dishes .

Manager threw toast out and employee washed hands and put gloves on Corrective Action Taken
