At prep area, pork thawing in sink, water only running on a couple packs, all others are thawing at room temp. Operator adjusted stopper to place all pork under running water.

Basic – Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry

In mop sink closet, mop stored in sink.

High Priority – Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale
