Milk wash/dip 49F. Items iced above and below, milk wash packed in ice. Prep/stocking started at 3:00. Items dropped 2F in 12 minutes. Lobster was moved to the walk-in cooler then the walk-in freezer for quicker cooling. Corrective Action Taken
