High Priority – Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ecolab called during inspection. Machine testing at 0ppm. Operator made triple sink to 100ppm. Ecolab showed up during inspection and repaired machine. Corrected On-Site
