Faucet at mop sink leaking with hose attached.

High Priority – Employee switched from working with raw food to clean utensils without washing hands. nEmployee breaded raw chicken, removed gloves, then handled clean food containers without washing hands. Inspector spoke with employee, he washed hands. Corrective Action Taken
