Observed bottles of medicine over cutting board in far back of kitchen corner shelving. High Priority – Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200+ppm) in back section near grill on cutting board. Operator diluted to proper concentration, 50ppm. Corrected On-Site

Cooked lasagna and ground beef has no date marked, has been cooked, frozen and thawed for a total refrigeration no more than three days per operator in far back cook line white two compartment reach-in cooler.
