High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food

Employee touched raw chicken, discarded gloves then touched pans handle and microwave then proceeded to put gloves on no hand-washing. Inspector stopped employee and explained to wash hands directly after discarding gloves.
