High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. chili (49 F – Cold Holding); cooked chicken (48 F – Cold Holding); ground beef (45 F – Cold Holding). During 8:00 AM line check food was observed by the operator to be at 38 F (ColdHolding). It can be determined that food was not above 41 F more than 4 hours. Operator moved food to walk in freezer and other functioning cold holding units to rapidly cool. Corrective Action Taken Warning
