High Priority – Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed dish washer placing dirty dishes in three compartment sink and then removing clean dishes, inspector discussed with management proper hygiene when changing duties. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate – Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Front employee hand wash sink blocked by garbage can m corrected employee removed garbage can at time of inspection. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
