Basic – In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle of flour and sugar located into product in bulk containers in dry storage area.

Basic – Open dumpster lid. Observed both sides of dumpster lids open.

Basic – Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in bottom of reach in cooler located under roll top cooler.

High Priority – Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottle of hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol on shelf located above stored dishes next to three compartment sink. Operator moved to chemical shelf. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed bucket of sanitizer of chlorine solution at 200ppm. Operator diluted sanitizer. Corrective Action Taken
