High Priority – Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food and/or clean utensils/equipment without washing hands

Employee placed raw hamburger patties on grill with gloved hands then switched gloves to continue making food orders on make line, but did not wash hands in between tasks, inspector spoke with employee, employee changed gloves and washed hands

Also employee at end of make line near don't counter removed face mask to drink from open container and placed mask back over face then continued to bag food orders without washing hands between tasks. Corrective Action Taken

ice cream mix (70F – Cold Holding) in ice cream machine near front counter both bins of ice cream in top of machine, per log from machine heating and cooling cycle happened 4 hours prior and no one on site can determine how long ice cream base has been out of temperature control.

fried chicken patties (123F – Hot Holding) in warming units on make line with pans sticking out of warming unit, per employee chicken has been in warming unit no more then 30 minutes, trays pushed back into warming and chicken will be discarded or use within another 30 minutes.
