At dining area soda dispenser, plates at nozzle area have build up. Manager cleaned during inspection. Corrective Action Taken

At prep area, multiple plastic containers have old labels. Manager moved containers to be washed. Corrective Action Taken

One lid open on dumpster, also missing plug. Operator closed lid. Corrective Action Taken

At make line, coffee filters not covered

At drive thru area, cups in sleeve dispensers not covered and coffee filters not covered

Operator had all items covered. Corrected On-Site

In reach-in freezer at cook line, open bags of raw chicken stored over hash browns

In reach-in cooler at cook line, raw hamburger stored over McGriddles. Operator moved all items to correct storage levels. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet

At mop sink, splitter missing backflow preventer on non chemical dispenser side. Employee placed backflow preventer on splitter during inspection. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate – Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels

At front handwash sink and make line handwash sink, towels not dispensing. Operator fixed during inspection. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation
