High Priority – Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands

Observed employee washed his hands then use the paper towel he used to dried his hands to wiped his face, then put on gloves and then handled container of sauce. After reviewing with employee he re wash his hands. Corrective Action Taken

4 live flying inspects in bar area.

Intermediate – Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening

Cooked egg yolks not date marked in salad prep reach in cooler. Manager stated egg yolks container was opened on 7/22 and voluntarily discarded eggs. Corrective Action Taken
