Observed Chicken pot pie and mixed vegetable did not have any labels with the require information such as identification of product, date produced or name and address of the establishment.

Observed box of single serve trays stored on floor in hallway. Repeat Violation

Observed hand wash sink in hallway with no sign, paper towels or soap.

Intermediate – Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked

Observed in reach in cooler in deli area Chicken pot pie and vegetable container with no date mark. Manager advised that both items had been prepared two days earlier.
