Take out food containers stored on floor in store room. Spoke with employee and they moved them. Corrected On-Site

Basic – Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Wood shelving in dry storage paint starting to wear and peel.

High Priority – Container of medicine improperly stored. First aid kit in dry storage with food. Container of vitamins kept on cooks line over cutting boards.

High Priority – Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs kept over cooked chicken on cooks line. Spoke to employee and they placed eggs under. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

High Priority – Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer – not all products commercially packaged. Raw fish in freezer under raw chicken.
