Right-side dispenser on slushy machine located behind service counter leaks per person in charge. Person in charge had paper cup underneath dispenser to catch leak. nPerson in charge indicated second drawer on hot holding oven located next to cookline is inoperable.

grits/bacon/scrambled egg/cheese bowl located in second-heating drawer next to cook station (126-129F – Hot Holding). Person in charge tossed out food items and stated second drawer is not operating properly. Corrective Action Taken

Raw eggs over ready to eat sliced cheese in walk in cooler adjacent to trip sink. Person in charge moved eggs beneath cheese. Corrected On-Site

High Priority – Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet

No vacuum breaker on non chemical side of splitter at mop sink.

Intermediate – Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime

Milkshake mixing machine at drive through is soiled on area surrounding mixing apparatus

Area around beverage dispenser at cash register in front of store is soiled. nReach in freezer located next to grill station is soiled on the interior bottom.
